Adding a product to your cart does not guarantee that the product will remain available until checkout is completed.

All prices displayed on the website are in Indian Rupees (INR) unless stated otherwise.

If we cancel a prepaid order, the applicable refund will be processed through the original payment method or another appropriate method.
7. Payments
We accept the payment methods displayed on our website at checkout.
By providing payment information, you confirm that you are authorized to use the selected payment method.
Payments may be processed through third-party payment service providers. We do not store complete card details on our own servers.
8. Cash on Delivery
Cash on Delivery (“COD”) may be available for selected orders, locations, or customers.
We reserve the right to verify COD orders through phone, SMS, WhatsApp, email, or other methods before dispatch.
We may restrict or disable COD for certain orders or customers based on factors including previous order history, failed deliveries, returned shipments, or suspected misuse.
For orders where a partial COD/prepaid amount is required, the applicable amount will be clearly displayed before payment. The remaining balance will be payable according to the payment method specified at checkout.
9. Shipping and Delivery
Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary depending on location, courier availability, weather, public holidays, operational disruptions, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
Once an order has been handed over to the courier, delivery is also subject to the courier’s serviceability and operational conditions.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information.
Last Thread will not be responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect addresses, unavailable recipients, refusal to accept delivery, or inaccurate contact information provided by the customer.
10. Order Cancellation
Cancellation requests may be accepted only if the order has not already been processed or shipped.
Once an order has been shipped, cancellation may no longer be possible and the customer may need to follow our applicable return or refund process.
For COD orders, repeated cancellations, refusals, or failed deliveries may result in restrictions on future COD availability.
11. Returns and Exchanges
Returns and exchanges are subject to our Return & Refund Policy.
Products must meet the eligibility requirements specified in that policy.
Items that have been worn, washed, altered, damaged, stained, or otherwise used may not be eligible for return or exchange.
Customers may be required to provide photographs, videos, or other information to help us verify a return or product-related complaint.
For hygiene and product-protection reasons, certain products may be non-returnable or non-exchangeable as specified on the product page or Return & Refund Policy.
12. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products
If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, please contact us at contact@lastthreadstore.com within 7 days of delivery.
We may request photographs or videos of the product and packaging for verification.
After verification, we may provide an appropriate resolution, which may include replacement, exchange, store credit, or refund, subject to applicable law and our policies.

Where a refund is approved, the refund will generally be processed using the original payment method or another suitable method.
The time taken for the refunded amount to appear in your account may depend on your bank, payment provider, or financial institution.
Shipping charges, COD charges, or other fees may be non-refundable where permitted by applicable law and our refund policy.
